Senior UX Designer

DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:

· DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;

· DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;

· DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

We are searching for a Senior UX Designer to work in Lisbon.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the UX design process from discovery to delivery
• Translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI specifications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Advocate for best UX practices and a strong design culture

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping and UI specification
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and mentor other designers

Nice to have:

• Experience working in agile teams
• Knowledge of design systems
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
