Product Manager for Medicines - Senior

Looking for Product Manager for Medicines – Senior (m/f) to join our team in Ljubljana. 

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will take on activities of a life-cycle of pharmaceuticals in distribution environment. 

Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, managing product portfolios, coordinating with suppliers and clients, creating strategies to ensure market competitiveness, and ensuring that regulatory standards are met. 

You will work cross-functionally with sales and regulatory teams to drive product success and meet organizational goals.

• Expertise in Product Management,including product planning, portfolio management, and lifecycle management in Slovenia or wider
• Strong analytical skills for market research, data interpretation, and strategic decision-making.
• Experience in creating and implementing effective strategies for medicinal products.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance standards, and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in tools and software related to product management, marketing, and business processes.
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution sector is highly beneficial.
