Tasks:

• The role consists of approximately 50% Process Management and 50% Project Management responsibilities
• Support and continuous optimisation of business and internal processes, with a focus on the Decision-to-Solution process from proposal creation through to project execution
• Formulation, delegation and coordination of Epics and Tasks, including progress tracking in close collaboration with the team
• Planning, moderating and facilitating team meetings. Hands-on coordination and support of development projects in civil and military avionics environments
• Ensuring compliance with and supporting aerospace certification and approval processes
• Use and maintenance of relevant tools such as Confluence, DOORS, Microsoft Office, and optionally MS Project and Visio for project and requirements management

Qualification:

• A technical Bachelor’s degree is required
• Solid experience in the aviation industry, ideally in aircraft development, avionics, or certification; alternatively, experience in the space sector or in highly complex and strongly regulated medtech environments
• 2+ years of experience in project management within the aviation sector, with strong knowledge of agile process methods (Epics, structured process flows, requirements)
• 2+ years of process management with a strong understanding of business and development processes; deep technical engineering expertise is not required, but solid technical comprehension is important
• Native-level English is mandatory; very good German skills are highly desirable
• Ideally, a project management certification such as IPMA Level D or PMP
• Experience in leading and moderating small teams or meetings
• Clean security background, including a current credit (Betreibungsregister) and criminal record extract
