Job Title: Java API Developer

Location : Stockholm, Sweden

Role Type: (6-12 months) Employment Contract Basis

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in modern Java-based microservices development and cloud-native environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Java 21 or Java 23
• Strong experience with Spring Boot 3.x and Spring Data JPA
• Hands-on experience with Gradle
• Experience deploying and managing applications on OpenShift
• Proficient in GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with SonarQube for code quality management
• Working knowledge of Hazelcast
• Strong experience with MS SQL
• Experience with Apache Kafka
• Knowledge of mTLS (Mutual TLS)
• Experience with unit and integration testing using Mockito and JUnit
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Postman
• Experience with Swagger API and Spring OpenAPI definition
• Monitoring and alerting experience using Grafana and Prometheus alerts
• Experience working within a microservices framework
• Good to Have:
• Experience with AngularJS would be an added advantage.
