Project Manager – Turnkey

Your Role

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multidisciplinary technical projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate all phases of execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications.

You act as the central point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical projects simultaneously from concept to commissioning
• Manage planning, cost control, scope, and overall project performance
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate testing and validation phases to guarantee proper system functionality
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
• Guide and motivate cross-functional project teams toward shared objectives
• Translate customer needs into practical and effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with fellow project managers to exchange expertise and optimize processes

Your Profile

• Proven experience in project leadership within a technical or industrial environment
• Background in process-driven industries is a strong asset
• Analytical mindset combined with problem-solving creativity
• Higher education degree, preferably in engineering or a technical discipline
• Comfortable working independently while thriving in multidisciplinary teams
• Broad technical interest with a continuous improvement mindset
• Expertise in Automation or Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), with exposure to other technical domains
• Hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach
• Fluent in English with good command of Dutch
• Willing to travel internationally on short assignments when required
