What do we do:

Our engineers build platforms that serve millions of users worldwide. Current projects include:

  • Content management & delivery systems for ingesting and distributing streaming content globally.
  • User management & personalization platforms for identity, profiles, and recommendations.
  • Event collection & processing pipelines for analytics and real-time features.
  • Emerging platforms for next-generation streaming experiences.

Tech stack:

  • Languages & Frameworks: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot (Go is a plus)
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS
  • Data & Messaging: Kafka, relational and NoSQL databases
  • CI/CD & Testing: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, JUnit, Mockito
  • Monitoring: New Relic

  • Will provide support for less experienced engineers - knowledge sharing matters to us,
  • Stay curious and keep up with modern backend technologies,
  • Want to understand the bigger picture, not just the ticket in front of them,
  • Are eager to learn and grow into highly independent, well-rounded engineers,
  • Actively participate in technical and product decision-making,
  • Enjoy collaborative teamwork and open communication,
  • Understand business context and act as true partners to product teams,
  • Communicate clearly and comfortably in English.

Technical requirements:

Instead of a strict year count, we focus on capability and maturity. We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Solid professional experience building backend systems (enough to work independently and make sound engineering decisions),
  • Strong knowledge of Java and its ecosystem (Spring),
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams or across time zones.
