.Net Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with:

• 6+ years of software development experience (ideally 8+ years working with the specified tech stack)
• Strong full-stack expertise across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
• A passion for delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions
• A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on quality, testing, and ownership

Required Skills, Experience & Mindset

Core Development

• Advanced proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and C#
• Solid hands-on experience with FastEndpoints and MediatR (CQRS)
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
• Proven integration experience with internal and external APIs
• Experience with SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or similar databases
• Real-time communication using SignalR (Azure SignalR Service, self-hosted, or Docker-based)
• Containerization experience (Docker, Podman) and orchestration (AKS, ACA)
• Event-driven architecture using MassTransit, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Hubs
• Nice to have: Frontend development experience with React or Angular (v16+), NgRx state management, and Single-SPA microfrontends

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using the defined technology stack with full ownership
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
• Build and scale .NET (C#/ASP.NET Core) modular monoliths and microservices supporting multi-agent workflows (planning, tool execution, streaming updates, interruption handling)
• Design and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs integrating with internal and external systems
• Implement and optimize RAG pipelines for tax-related artifacts and internal knowledge systems
• Manage builds and releases via CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with support teams on deployments and high-priority production issues
• Contribute through pair or mob programming when appropriate
• Apply best practices in architecture, security, and SDLC governance
