For Digital Hub Warsaw we are looking for:

Unified Communications Senior Solutions Architect who can bridge business needs with technical execution to elevate our enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure. This role involves translating business requirements into robust technical designs, selecting the right telephony/UCC technologies, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing. You will operate as a versatile leader – a Visionary (setting future communication strategy), Architect (designing effective solutions), Catalyst (driving innovation), and Coach (mentoring teams) – to transform our telephony landscape in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Implement Solutions: Architect and deploy telephony and unified communication solutions that ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Maintain Telecom Systems: Oversee and support Cisco IPT and legacy PBX systems, landline (PSTN) infrastructure, and cloud fax services.
• Microsoft UC Support: Provide engineering support and integration for Microsoft Teams Phone and related UC platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and vendors to optimize communication technologies and ensure seamless system integration.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex telephony/UCC issues, ensuring high availability and performance of voice services.
• Documentation: Create and maintain solution design documents, architecture diagrams, configuration records, and operational procedures.
• Innovation & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively driving improvements and future-ready solutions in the communication landscape.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Telephony Expertise: Extensive experience with Cisco IP Telephony (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, CUBE) and legacy PBX systems.
• Unified Communications: Proficiency in Microsoft telephony/UC technologies (Teams Phone System, Skype for Business) and their enterprise integration.
• Cloud Fax & PSTN: Familiarity with cloud fax solutions and management of landline/PSTN infrastructure (analog lines, PRI trunks, etc.).
• Network Protocols: Strong knowledge of VoIP/telephony protocols and standards (e.g. SIP, H.323, MGCP) for voice networking.
• Integration & Troubleshooting: Proven ability to integrate multi-vendor systems and troubleshoot complex issues across telephony and UCC platforms.
• Documentation Skills: Experience developing technical documentation, diagrams, and maintaining configuration management for communication systems.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Able to lead by influence, act as a mentor/coach to teams, adapt to evolving technologies, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
