Mission description

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for a long-term consulting assignment focused on modernizing a complex and business-critical digital platform within the healthcare sector.

The role involves improving system architecture, increasing maintainability, and strengthening DevOps and GitOps processes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary product team in an agile development environment and contribute to both further development and long-term technical improvement.

Work tasks

• Design and implement architectural improvements for increased maintainability
• Refactor and modernize existing code and domain models
• Develop new functionality and maintain existing solutions
• Contribute to the automation of the application lifecycle and delivery processes
• Implement established architectural principles and patterns
• Collaborate in agile Scrum teams
• Follow up on production, troubleshooting and continuous improvement
• Document solutions when needed

Must-have skills

• Solid experience with C# and .NET Core
• Good frontend skills in Angular and TypeScript
• Experience from agile development / Scrum team
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Kubernetes or container-based environments
• Strong understanding of system architecture, refactoring and design patterns
• Experience with IT security and privacy requirements
• Ability to work with complex and critical systems
• Professional level in Norwegian and English

Desired competence

• Experience with GitOps and automated deployment
• Familiarity with message queues such as RabbitMQ
• Experience with SQL Server, Redis or similar technologies
• Experience from greenfield development
• Experience from regulated industries (healthcare, public sector)
• Knowledge of domain-driven design and advanced modeling
