Your Mission You are joining to solve the biggest challenge in tech today: Scale + AI.

You will take the helm of a 40-person engineering team (scaling to 70+ this year) and lead a total operational pivot toward an AI-driven engineering culture. You will implement AI agents in coding, testing, and deployment to create a velocity of shipping that legacy competitors cannot touch.
