Urgent Opening for Product Owner - Immediate Joiner

As a Product Manager , you will own and lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of key digital products . You will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of millions of users, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver services and features that are simple, reliable, and human-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in line with company's strategic objectives.

• Lead product discovery and translate user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into clear product requirements.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, data analysts, and business owners to deliver high-impact solutions.

• Prioritize features and services based on user value, data insights.

• Coordinate product development sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Continuously monitor product performance through analytics, research, and user feedback.

• Identify and resolve product-related risks, blockers, or inefficiencies.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders (government entities, service owners) to align on product goals and execution.

• Drive adoption, engagement, and service completion

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of experience in digital product management (platforms, apps, portals).

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the success of the products you manage.

• Strong understanding of product discovery, agile delivery, and product lifecycle management.

• Proficiency in data-informed decision-making (basic analytics, experimentation, A/B testing).

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• User-centric mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Experience managing large-scale B2C or B2G digital services is a plus.

• Previous experience with government, smart city, or public sector platforms is a plus.
