Job title: Backend Developer- some knowledge in frontend

• Develop, test, and maintain robust backend services and APIs in Python/Django
• Drive backend architecture, data models, integrations, and scalability work
• Manage, maintain, and optimise the AWS cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with product and UX to shape backend capabilities that enable great user experiences
• Contribute occasionally to frontend development where needed (modern JS frameworks)
• Ensure high code quality with strong test coverage, code reviews, CI/CD
• Influence technical decisions and ensure performance, security, and stability
