Mission description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead sub-projects within digital infrastructure and technological solutions in a larger development program.

The role involves planning, coordinating and executing complex technology deliveries in close collaboration with construction projects, IT environments and suppliers. You will have a key role in ensuring progress, managing risk and facilitating smooth handover to operations.

Areas of responsibility

• Lead the planning and implementation of sub-projects within digital infrastructure
• Ensure solutions follow target architecture and technology roadmaps
• Coordinate deliveries between internal teams, contractors and suppliers
• Be a link between development, technology and operations
• Follow up with stakeholders and ensure good interaction
• Managing risk, dependencies and change processes
• Ensure compliance with requirements, management processes and regulations
• Ensure documentation and proper handover to operations

Must-have requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, telecommunications, electronics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience with technology or infrastructure projects
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and coordination
• Good understanding of compliance, governance processes and risk management
• Norwegian language at a professional level
• CV must be submitted in Norwegian

Advantageous qualifications

• Experience from construction projects or major infrastructure programs
• Knowledge of digital infrastructure solutions or IT environments
