Role Overview

One of our AI-focused clients is seeking an experienced C/C++ Developer to support the development and validation of next-generation dialog agents. In this role, you will review, refine, and validate AI-generated C/C++ code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

You will play a key role in strengthening large language model (LLM) outputs by ensuring production-grade code quality, scalability, and architectural soundness.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated C/C++ code for quality, correctness, and performance
• Identify and resolve complex backend and systems-level issues
• Provide structured feedback to improve model-generated solutions
• Organize development workflows, define priorities, and manage deliverables
• Contribute to large-scale public repositories (50K+ lines of code), including feature additions and refactoring
• Evaluate test coverage, efficiency, and maintainability of codebases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI system capabilities
• Promote engineering best practices and high code quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong expertise in C and C++ programming (modern standards preferred)
• Experience working with large, production-level codebases
• Strong understanding of software architecture, debugging, performance optimization, and best practices
• Experience using Git and contributing to GitHub repositories
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI systems or LLM-based applications
• Familiarity with automated code generation and evaluation workflows
• Experience reviewing or maintaining open-source projects
• Backend systems or performance-critical systems experience
