Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
- Support the Brand Analytics team to create reports, update and analyze data
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment of product, financial planning, and sell out performance tracking across the SEA cluster, supporting data-driven decisions through seasonal RA (range architecture) plans and partnership with SEA Brand Finance
- RA Planning
- Build the seasonal SEA Range Architecture plans for the SEA Cluster, using historical analysis, channel inputs, and EM & Category Strategy.
- Provide feedback and insights to the EM CTC Analytics team on current and future range structure.
- Tracking of the seasonal country and category range architecture, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
- Financial Planning
- Supports the Manager, Analytics, Planning and Insights with SEA Brand Finance in creating and running reports on seasonal IBP at Category, Country and Channel level and serves as the Category team's intelligence hub for IBP development.
- Drive cross-category analysis at key milestones to ensure alignment with EM expectations and the achievement of all planning KPIs
- Performance & Sell-Out Tracking
- Manage Category Sell-Through and Sell-In data to ensure informed decision-making and accurate seasonal RA.
- Produce and distribute regular category and campaign Sell-Through reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with SEA Brand Finance and Category Leads to track key franchise performance, providing timely insights to support strategic decision-making
- Support the team users in systems meetings and be the Brand counterpart for EM Digital & Analytics team
- Category Planning Support
- Competitors’ insights on retail landscape, products and pricing
- Liaising with EM partners and perform regular product database update
- Assisting in ad-hoc category projects
- Brand Financial KPIs
- Delivery of reports timely and with high quality
- Support and build good rapport with team and stakeholders
- Cluster Brand team
- Cluster DP and BF team
- Country Brand and Channel teams
- EM CTC Analytics team
- EM Digital and Analytics team
- Expertise in organizing and analyzing large data, generating reports to optimize performance and align with business objectives
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and ensure successful execution
- Good business sense and critical-thinking ability to solve problems using both conventional judgment and ad-hoc analysis
- Good presentation and communication skills
- 3+ years of in Business / Marketing / Retail experience - including extensive experience in a data analytics function
- University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in statistical analysis preferred.
- Previous experience in working in a global matrix organization preferred
- Sporting/Fashion goods industry experience preferred.
- MS office required, proficiency in Power BI preferred
