Business Analyst

Location: Tokyo

Language requirement: Japanese (above N2) and English business level

Purpose of Job:

Business Analyst/ Techno functional Analyst

Job Responsibility:

1. Requirements Gathering:

– Demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering techniques with minimal direction from engagement management

– Design, conduct and facilitate requirements sessions

– Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document

– Write well-formed, validated requirements and manage changes

– Use appropriate tools to record, track and manage requirements

2. Analysis and Business case

- Review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure the understanding of an organizations function and capabilities

- Lead relevant research to increase understanding in support of developing comprehensive solutions

- Serve as liaison between IT and Business stakeholders. Play key role in translating the business needs and objectives into Project charter and Business cases

- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. Work with the business and technical / system client stakeholder to understand the underlying technologies and systems

- Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and assists in the creation of system specifications that drive system development and implementation

- Incumbents function as a liaison between IT and users

- Expertise in both business and technical expertise

- Create functional specifications and non-functional requirements

- provide support to design, development and testing to ensure alignment with requirements throughout the development life cycle and attend meetings, brain storming meetings etc

Must have skills and requirements :

Bilingual, Life Insurance domain experienced consultant who can work with customer and our internal testing team to access their current process /documents.

Propose new process/templates and support testing team in arrive the sceneries etc..
