Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including workshop management and office supply administration.
- Manage office budgets, procurement activities, and vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and general administrative support for senior management.
Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating review cycles, compiling feedback, and assisting with performance improvement plans.
- Track employee performance metrics and identify training needs and development opportunities.
- Assist in the rollout and monitoring of performance improvement initiatives.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage training schedules, materials, and related documentation.
- Support career development initiatives and track employee learning and progress.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Prepare employment contracts and oversee onboarding processes, including orientation and training schedules for new hires.
- Maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
Employee Records & HR Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare, update, and manage HR documentation, including employee handbooks, contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate leave records.
- Process leave applications in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit monthly attendance and leave reports for management review.
Employee Relations & Welfare
- Support the handling of employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Organize and support employee engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee enquiries, providing guidance and support when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in business administration and/or human resource management with 3 years of working experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Well verse in MS Office Applications
