About The Project

TUI, is a global business with over 70 000 people on board, great history and challenging plans for building a digital future. TUI is the largest leisure, travel and tourism company globally, and it owns travel agencies, hotels, airlines, cruise ships and retail shops.

Responsibilities

Full SDLC:

• Requirement analysis – ensure UI requirements are clear/unambiguous and challenge BA if needed
• Planning input to sprint
• Software design, such as architectural design
• Write an ADR for UI work
• Software development
• Testing
• Deployment
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong experience in applying and suggesting best practices and design patterns
• Strong experience with MicroFrontends
• Strong expertise in JS, React, Node, SCSS, Eleventy, NJK
• Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, UI and UX design principles
• Good experience in understanding, refactoring, writing and using a CI/CD pipeline
• Experience with GraphQL and microservice integration
• Good experience in cloud platform services, including AWS, both as a producer and a consumer
• Good experience in identifying performance issues
• Great experience in Monitoring and Alerting
• Implementation of Tests
• Passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration and great teams
• Compelling coaching and training skills for imparting professional software engineering skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous
• Experience with API Gateway
• Experience with Security
