Launch Group are seeking a Scrum Master for a 12 month contract for a client in the consulting space.
- 12 month contract - $590 per day inc superannuation
- 4 days per week in office
- Must be Australian Citizen, ideally with existing baseline security clearance
- Facilitating core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coaching delivery teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring best practices are consistently applied
- Removing impediments and proactively addressing delivery blockers
- Supporting the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritisation, and clear user story definition
- Promoting strong collaboration and effective communication across cross‑functional teams
- Tracking and reporting on delivery progress, team performance, and Agile metrics
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high team performance
- Supporting Agile governance and alignment with organisational frameworks
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and clarity on delivery outcomes
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching delivery teams
- Hands‑on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage dependencies and resolve delivery impediments effectively
- Experience working in complex, multi‑team or scaled delivery environments
- A strong problem‑solving, servant‑leadership mindset
