The mission is to re-engineer the platform to support a 5–6x increase in user base, working across seven critical work streams designed to modernize how agents and buyers interact.

Role Description

Architect and build high-performance mobile solutions for iOS platforms, ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experiences. You will work within a large-scale engineering team to modernize and scale a premier real estate technology platform, contributing to mobile release trains and building features that directly impact millions of users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional iOS development experience

• Expert-level proficiency in Swift

• Strong experience architecting and building mobile applications from scratch

• Deep understanding of iOS SDK, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple design guidelines

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party library integration

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, or similar)

• Experience with version control systems (Git)

• Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and memory management

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• English proficiency level B2/C1 (upper-intermediate to advanced) — written and verbal communication

• Experience with high-scale, high-traffic mobile applications is a strong plus

• Familiarity with AWS, EKS, and Kafka is a plus

Candidate Requirements

• Must be located in Mexico or Argentina

• Must speak English fluently — B2/C1 level required (upper-intermediate to advanced)

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
