Summary Of Position

Teladoc Health is seeking a Project Manager to support the Product Organization initiatives.

As the Project Manager, you'll be an essential member of a team supporting the delivery of fast paced critical projects and initiatives in product management, design, Research, and Content.

You will support senior project managers with large complex projects by working closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will be asked to lead smaller initiatives with the support of senior management. To succeed you must have a passion for building relationships, and getting things done! Your core competencies will include a strong work ethic, communication, adaptability, and taking initiative. 

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Proactively manages complex executive calendars with the ability to schedule and prioritize meetings and resolve conflicts.
• Liaise with other C-Level executives and personnel, clients, external candidates and other VIP members including the scheduling and logistics of meetings, events, fielding general queries and processing expense reimbursements as needed.
• Arrange domestic and international travel including but not limited to air, hotel, train, rental car, and meal reservations for Executive Team.
• Process expense reports and invoices for Chief Product Officer and SVP, Design and Content
• Responsible for supporting the project teams and other project resources during the course of key projects and initiatives
• Responsible for supporting the Onboarding Product Team and the coordination of All Hands Meetings, and Off-Site Meetings
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on actions or deliverables
• Maintain project information and documentation
• Support project tracking and scheduling requirements
• Preparing documents including customized reports, presentations, proposals and correspondence
• Ensure consistency, efficiency, quality, and integrity in all Teladoc Health projects and output

Qualifications Expected For Position

• 2-3 years of work experience in related field
• Email Marketing experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Energetic and balanced person with a drive for results, who feels accountable, and has a great attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must have a proactive approach and be able to work under minimal supervision.
  
  

Qualifications Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, or similar
• Experience working with Workfront
