• Enjoy working on both internal digital initiatives and external client projects
• Have good communication skills and are open to discussing solutions with other members of the team.
• Value close collaboration in a cross-functional setup (UX, PM, Development)
• Have knowledge about agile software development (Kanban/Scrum).
• Have knowledge in using Version Control Software (Git).
• Have experience with integrating 3rd party services and APIs into existing software.
• Possess strong object-oriented PHP skills and REST API creation experience.
• Have professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React and Vue.
• Have knowledge about continuous integration systems (GitHub, Gitlab CI).
• Are a self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a genuine passion for the latest web technologies.
• Care about quality, scalability and building digital products that create real impact

The following skills would also be an advantage...

• Knowledge of PHP Frameworks (Zend, Laravel, Symfony).
• Experience with Nuxt.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
• Familiarity with performance-optimized libraries like Preact.
• Familiarity with a modern CMS (WordPress, Drupal, TYPO3).
• Experience maintaining legacy PHP codebases.

• Develop modern, high-performance websites, applications and APIs
• Work on diverse project types (web, app, platform)
• Be responsible for implementing a variety of creative projects with a great and creative team.
• Architect modern frontend interfaces using React, Preact, and Vue.
• Explore new web technologies like Nuxt to stay ahead of the competition and ensure scalability.
• Take ownership of your work instead of operating in a ticket-factory environment
