  • Identify weaknesses and areas for improvement in model reasoning.
  • Produce improved rewrites aligned with structured evaluation standards.
  • Contribute to strengthening safe and supportive AI behavior.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum.
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to assess nuanced emotional tone and conversational quality.
  • High attention to detail and adherence to structured guidelines.
  • Ability to begin immediately following onboarding.
