ERP / IT Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for all ERP-related topics across business units.
• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve support requests within the ERP landscape (2nd/3rd level support), collaborating closely with internal IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure stable ERP operations, including incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous system optimization.
• Support and coordinate system tests, upgrades, patches, and rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Participate in ERP enhancement projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, ERP Systems, or a comparable qualification.
• Practical experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or comparable enterprise solutions).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, operations) and their system integration.
• Experience in ERP support, configuration, and process optimization; project experience is an advantage.
• Fluent German language skills (spoken and written); English skills are beneficial.
