- Contract: Fixed-term with real possibility of permanent employment
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Location: Milan (Availability for short business travel)
- Develop and adapt visual merchandising concepts and in‑store marketing designs in alignment with global and European guidelines.
- Customize graphic materials to meet local business needs while adhering to company standards.
- Create clear, structured guidelines—based on global direction—to support local sales and profit objectives.
- Ensure consistent and accurate execution of visual merchandising standards across all stores and the broader company portfolio.
- Identify visual merchandising and in-store marketing challenges in collaboration with Store and Area Managers, proposing targeted and effective solutions.
- Support the development of visual layouts for new store openings.
- Manage allocated budgets efficiently.
- Oversee supplier relationships and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the fashion and retail sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Italian native speaker.
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and equipped with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, autonomous, and self‑driven.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Experience with 3D design and modelling (e.g., SketchUp).
