Technical Solutions Specialist / Engineer

Tele2 is now looking for a new colleague to join the team as a Fixed network engineer working with Swedish B2B clients. You will work in the pre-sale process, evaluating network feasibilities when developing a customer quote within the fixed business area and designing an optimal access solution. You will ensure smooth service delivery and operational continuity for our international clients. Your responsibilities include retrieving quotes from our suppliers and analyze them to match our customers’ requirements

This Role Is Meant For You, If You Have

• professional Education in Telecommunications / Engineering / Technology or similar field;
• experience in the IT / Telecommunications industry (will be considered as an advantage);
• experience working with various support systems, knowledge of or interest in AI and Microsoft Power Automate (will be considered as an advantage);
• excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• ability to excellently plan your daily work, ability to manage large volumes of data;
• excellent Latvian and English language skills (oral and written) for communication with local and international clients.
  
  

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

• evaluate network feasibilities when developing a customer quote within the fixed business area;
• retrieve quotes from our suppliers and analyze them to match our customers’ requirements;
• design fixed access solutions for our business customers;
• support other teams with delivery-related questions;
• planning and documenting access solutions for business clients.
