Information Security Consultant – ISO 27001

We are currently supporting a well-established institution in Luxembourg (600+ employees) in strengthening its Information Security framework.

As part of a strategic roadmap, the organization aims to achieve ISO 27001 certification within the next two years and is looking for an experienced Information Security Consultant to lead and structure this journey.

Your Role

• Drive a Greenfield security program (technical & organizational controls)
• Contribute to the implementation of ISO 27001 requirements
• Develop and structure security documentation (policies, procedures, controls)
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance awareness
• Provide a 360° view on system and information security
• Engage with C-level stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Information / IT Security
• Proven background in building security frameworks from scratch
• Hands-on experience with technical controls & governance
• Solid understanding of audit and compliance environments
• High level of autonomy and ownership

Soft Skills Matter

• Able to influence and convince senior stakeholders
• Comfortable engaging with demanding audiences
• Diplomatic, solution-oriented, and pragmatic
• Security mindset focused on enablement, not obstruction

Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• French and/or German are a plus
