We are a premier FMCG distribution company in Qatar, representing top-tier food and non-food brands. As part of our growth and strategic expansion, we are seeking dynamic, result-oriented professionals to join our leadership team in the following roles:


1. Director - Sales & Marketing (Food/Non Food FMCG Distribution)


Location: Doha, Qatar


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive innovation in both food and non-food FMCG sectors.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics for sales and marketing functions.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in achieving revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Qatar's FMCG market and distribution networks.



2. Manager - Business Development (FMCG Distribution)


Location: Doha, Qatar


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across food and non-food FMCG sectors.
  • Build strategic partnerships to expand product portfolio and market reach.
  • Conduct market research to assess trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and strategies to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Qatar’s FMCG market is an advantage.
