Director - Sales & Marketing & Manager - Business Development (FMCG)
We are a premier FMCG distribution company in Qatar, representing top-tier food and non-food brands. As part of our growth and strategic expansion, we are seeking dynamic, result-oriented professionals to join our leadership team in the following roles:
1. Director - Sales & Marketing (Food/Non Food FMCG Distribution)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive innovation in both food and non-food FMCG sectors.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics for sales and marketing functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in achieving revenue targets and market share growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Qatar's FMCG market and distribution networks.
2. Manager - Business Development (FMCG Distribution)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across food and non-food FMCG sectors.
- Build strategic partnerships to expand product portfolio and market reach.
- Conduct market research to assess trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and strategies to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s FMCG market is an advantage.
