Product and Brand Designer

Optiply is at the forefront of three rapidly expanding sectors: Software as a Service, Artificial Intelligence, and E-commerce. With our intelligent purchasing software, we empower over 300 webshops and wholesalers to make smarter buying decisions, using predictive analytics to optimize inventory management.

We are looking for a Product and Brand Designer to join our team in Évora. You will sit at the intersection of Product and Marketing, working closely with our Design Lead on sprint tasks while ensuring our brand shines across all channels. If you are passionate about pixel-perfect UI and have a curiosity for User Research, this is for you.

• Support Product Design: Collaborate directly with the Design Lead (João) to execute high-quality vector designs and UI components for our product sprints using Figma.
• Bridge the Gap: Create stunning visual assets that serve both our product interface and our marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent visual identity.
• Visual Craftsmanship: Produce icons, illustrations, and layouts that elevate the user experience.
• Growth: Ideally, you will help us incorporate User Research insights into our design process (if you have experience here, we’ll love you for it; if not, you’re eager to learn).
• Collaboration: Work with the Marketing team to deliver assets that convert, without losing sight of the product vision.
  

• Figma Wizard: You are highly proficient in Figma and modern vector design tools. 
• Visual Eye: You have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in UI, typography, and layout.
• Tech-Savvy: You understand the constraints and possibilities of designing for SaaS/Web products.
• Team Player: You are ready to jump into sprint tasks and help the team meet delivery goals.
• Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience or strong interest in User Research methods.
• Background in a SaaS or Tech environment.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for collaboration with devs, not coding).
