Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and talent management. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to the HR field within a fast-paced, Human Resource staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates for various technical roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Employee Onboarding & Orientation:
- Assist in preparing and organizing onboarding materials for new hires.
- Coordinate the scheduling and execution of employee orientations.
- Help with the completion of necessary documentation for new employees.
- HR Administration:
- Assist with maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR team with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Help prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Training & Development:
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and track attendance.
- Employee Engagement:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support HR team in gathering employee feedback and conducting surveys.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Help ensure that all HR activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR documentation.
- Skills:
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent management.
- Good understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
