Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and talent management. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to the HR field within a fast-paced, Human Resource staffing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing Support:
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates for various technical roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
  • Employee Onboarding & Orientation:
  • Assist in preparing and organizing onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and execution of employee orientations.
  • Help with the completion of necessary documentation for new employees.
  • HR Administration:
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR team with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Help prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
  • Training & Development:
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and track attendance.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Support HR team in gathering employee feedback and conducting surveys.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Help ensure that all HR activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR documentation.


  • Skills:
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Good understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
