The role centers on the "High Tech, High Touch" philosophy, using advanced modelling to scale hyper-personalised services for global investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommendation Engines: Develop and refine hybrid models combining collaborative filtering and content based data to match buyers with off market listings.
• SQ Intelligence: Scale existing ML pipelines to identify investment potential and market trends across thousands of assets.
• Specialised Models: Work on Invest-Match and Geo-Match systems for real time property valuation and precise location detection.
• Advanced Integration: Support the integration of AI driven virtual tours and spatial computing for property visualisation.

Technical Requirements

• Deep expertise in Machine Learning and Recommendation Systems.
• Experience with collaborative filtering and hybrid recommendation architectures.
• Proficiency in building scalable data pipelines for real time analytics.
• Ability to work in a part-time B2B capacity.
