Product Designer

Forte Group is seeking a highly skilled Production Designer with deep expertise in Design Systems within Figma to help build and scale a brand-new design system across mobile, tablet, and web platforms.

This role requires a strong, detail-oriented design professional who is comfortable working within complex product environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and documentation of a scalable, reusable design system in Figma for mobile, tablet, and web
• Build and maintain component libraries, tokens, variants, and responsive behaviors
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility standards, and adherence to brand guidelines across platforms
• Translate complex product and business requirements into structured, production-ready design assets
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation
• Support governance and evolution of the design system as products scale

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, including advanced component architecture, auto-layout, variants, and design tokens
• Proven experience building or significantly contributing to a design system from the ground up
• Experience designing for responsive web, mobile, and tablet environments
• Deep understanding of production design workflows and developer handoff best practices
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English — must be comfortable discussing complex requirements and presenting solutions clearly
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a small, cross-functional team
