Senior UI/UX Designer
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, Design, Product Management, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in delivering digital products in cross-functional teams from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX designer, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products such as portals, web and mobile applications
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. User-Centric UI/UX Vision: • Lead end-to-end design processes for the website, customer portal, agent portal, and mobile app, from concept to final product implementation.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations through user research and testing.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
2. User Research and Testing:
• Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the user experience iteratively.
• Collaborate with the CX team to define user personas, user journeys, and use cases, ensuring designs address real user pain points.
• Iterate on existing products and features to ensure that we are delivering a simple, seamless industry-leading user experience
3. Cross-Functional and External Collaboration:
• Work closely with CX, IT, 3rd party vendors, and consultants to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and provide guidance during the development phase.
• Collaborate with business leads to align design strategies with business goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and incorporate suggestions into the design process.
• Serve as a bridge between Customer Experience, IT and Marketing teams.
4. Platform Consistency:
• Maintain a consistent design language and user experience across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.
• Develop and maintain UI design guidelines, pattern libraries, and style guides to streamline design implementation.
• Design interfaces that seamlessly integrate with the Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP systems, providing users with a unified experience across all platforms.
• Performance Analysis and Insights:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of features in enhancing the user experience.
• Monitor and analyze user engagement data, conducting A/B tests to understand user preferences and refine product offerings.
6. Continuous Learning:
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and apply this knowledge to improve design processes and methodologies.
• Reinforce a design-thinking culture that draws from the best and most innovative products and technology.
