Data Analyst / Data & AI Consultant – Oslo

About the Role
You’ll join a strong Data & AI team working with clients across industries. The role blends hands‑on analytics with advisory work, giving you exposure to both technical development and commercial problem‑solving.
You will work on:
- Identifying how clients can improve their business using data and AI
- Mapping business needs and translating them into actionable insights
- Developing reporting solutions in Power BI
- Working with Databricks, SQL, Python, and modern data stack tools
- Supporting the development of AI‑driven solutions and automation
- Contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and team development
- Growing into project management, sales, or specialist responsibilities over time

Who We’re Looking For
You might come from economics, engineering, technology, or similar fields. What matters most is your ability to connect business needs with data‑driven solutions.
You likely have:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (flexible for the right candidate)
- Experience with tools like Power BI, Databricks, DBT, Terraform, or similar
- Skills in SQL and/or Python
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Fluent Norwegian language skills are mandatory
