You will lead the design and execution of advanced measurement methodologies that will directly influence multi-million-dollar media investment decisions. This position requires a combination of analytical skills and leadership to drive cross-functional partnerships with media specialists and data engineering teams, establishing robust processes for incrementality and measurement across the organization. Accountabilities
- Design and execute statistically rigorous marketing experiments.
- Build test frameworks including market matching and power analysis.
- Develop standardized testing methodologies for client pitches.
- Establish statistical guardrails for marketing experiments.
- Audit and validate measurement work for accuracy.
- Measure cross-channel halo effects using controlled design.
- Conduct regression-based diminishing returns analysis.
- Collaborate on attribution setups and troubleshoot issues.
- Partner with data teams to ensure measurement integrity.
- Develop performance narratives for client engagements.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing media analytics.
- Deep understanding of experimental design and validation.
- Strong statistical proficiency, including power analysis.
- Experience generating actionable insights for media decisions.
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel paid media measurement.
- Experience implementing tracking and attribution methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
