About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Developer to join our team at Bright Vision Technologies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging and high-quality games across various platforms. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, combining remote work with onsite presence in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in game development, with expertise in Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, and programming languages such as C# and C++. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in game development
• Proficiency in Unity 3D and Unreal Engine
• Strong programming skills in C# and C++
• Experience with game physics, AI, shader programming, and animation systems
• Knowledge of multiplayer networking and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies
• Ability to develop cross-platform games for PC, mobile, and consoles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging game features and mechanics using Unity 3D and Unreal Engine
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to create cohesive and immersive gaming experiences
• Optimize game performance across multiple platforms ensuring smooth gameplay
• Implement game physics, AI, shader effects, and animation systems
• Develop multiplayer networking features and integrate RESTful APIs for online functionality
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in game development
