Sr. Manager - Analyst

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Analytics & Performance Tracking
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track merchandising KPIs (sales, margins, inventory turns, OTB utilization).
Conduct periodic trend analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
Provide actionable insights to improve category performance.
Reporting & Automation
Develop and automate recurring performance reports for merchandising and leadership teams.
Prepare presentations and analytical summaries for reviews and strategic discussions.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data across all reporting platforms.
Process Ownership – Pricing Systems
Anchor implementation and updates of pricing systems across categories.
Ensure pricing processes are aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.
Collaborate with IT and merchandising teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Category Managers, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
Support merchandising teams with analytical tools and training for better decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within merchandising analytics and pricing workflows.
Stay updated on best practices and tools for data visualization and reporting.

Person Profile

Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
Great understanding of data, patterns, forecast, and evolving industry trends
Focused and firm believer of data integrity, accuracy, simplicity and timelines.
Graduate in Math, statistics, BCA/MCA, Expert in excel & Power point tools
7+ years of relevant experience in category management function.
Experience in Consumer-facing sectors such as Jewelry, Fashion Retail, apparel, lifestyle consumer goods is preferred
