We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and drive the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across our clients internal teams. This role focuses on enabling teams with a practical and accountable coaching approach, fostering a product-centric mindset, and aligning ways of working with our client's overall Agile transformation strategy. The ideal candidate will mentor leadership and teams, implement Lean/Agile methodologies, and help sustain change momentum through training, coaching, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Enable Team Success through Coaching Provide accountable, practical coaching to teams, focusing on empowering self-organization and continuous improvement. Actively coach teams during Agile ceremonies, conduct workshops, and groom change advocates to lead transformations. 2. Transformation Execution and Scaling Collaborate with pilot and lighthouse teams to refine and scale the working model across pods. Support alignment of team’s ways of working with our client's overall Agile transformation approach. 3. Leadership Coaching Transition leadership and teams from a project to a product mindset. Provide SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) coaching to improve alignment and delivery quality. 4. Metrics, Tools, and Process Improvement Implement Lean/Agile metrics and performance measurements to drive accountability and transparency. Reduce rework and enhance quality through process improvements. Support the adoption of agile tools (e.g., JIRA) and methodologies to streamline workflows. 5. Customer-Centric Transformation Amplify the voice of customers using tools such as personas, vision statements, and product roadmaps. Advise on team formation and alignment to products or capabilities for enhanced delivery focus. 6. Training and Enablement Train and coach various roles, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and SDETs. Enable communities of practice to mentor and train teams for agile roles. Advise on training needs and develop enablement programs to support transformation goals. 7. Sustaining Change Momentum Mentor and coach personnel in leading agile change efforts. Demonstrate coaching effectiveness through improved agile maturity scores at the squad level. Provide regular updates on transformation progress to our client's leadership teams. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role in large-scale transformation efforts. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and Lean principles. Expertise in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to facilitate workshops, coach teams, and align organizational goals with Agile practices. Experience in implementing customer-focused strategies, including personas and product roadmaps. Familiarity with SDLC and modern engineering practices.
