C# Developer

Contract

Our client is a London-headquartered capital markets consultancy focused on business and technology change for investment banks, hedge funds and asset managers. They're looking for a C# Developer who will work closely with traders and financial teams.

Key Requirements

• Strong commercial experience in C# and WPF (ideally front office / real-time systems).
• Solid knowledge of sockets and networked applications (TCP/UDP, messaging).
• Understanding of convertible bonds (highly desired)
• Experience with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
• Scripting skills in Python/Perl and CI/CD using Jenkins.
• Ability to work across C++, Java and multi-language environments.
• Familiarity with market data (RIC codes) and financial trading concepts; exposure to convertible bonds desirable.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support C# WPF trading apps with low-latency connectivity.
• Integrate with market data, C++/Java backends and data platforms.
• Contribute to Python/Perl tooling and CI/CD (Jenkins).
• Partner with traders and provide 3rd line support.
