Their ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Distributed consensus & deterministic state machines

• Atomic transaction processing, idempotency & rollback systems

• High‑performance IO, zero‑copy networking & async subsystems

• Multi‑cloud deployments, observability & deterministic replay tooling

• Systems programming (Golang / Rust), Kafka, Redis & distributed databases (CockroachDB / YugabyteDB)

• Deep understanding of low‑level performance, concurrency & memory layout

• Secure coding principles & high‑compliance environments
