Location: Uppal, Hyderabad.

Job Descriptions:

• Administer and troubleshoot network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP, to maintain network reliability.
• Use network monitoring tools to monitor network traffic, bandwidth usage, and device status.
• Detect network anomalies, outages, or irregularities and classify issues based on severity and impact.
• Configure alerting and notification systems to ensure that appropriate teams are informed of network issues promptly.
• Respond to alerts and notifications promptly to ensure minimal disruption.
• Provide first-line support to users experiencing network-related issues. (ServiceNow tickets)
• Perform standard network changes (VLAN, Website Access, Switch Port Configs, VPN Access, etc.) following Entegris Change Management Process (ServiceNow tickets)
• Address user inquiries and provide guidance on basic network troubleshooting.
• Provide timely proactive updates to users for network related issues.
• Conduct troubleshooting steps, such as basic checks and tests, to determine the nature of the reported issues.
• Perform diagnosis of network issues by following Entegris standard operating procedures.
• Resolve common issues such as connectivity problems, device reboots, and minor configuration errors.
• Create and manage support tickets or incident reports for each issue, ensuring accurate and complete documentation in accordance with SLA's
• Record and categorize incidents based on severity and impact.
• Route the misrouted incidents to correct queue.
• Follow up on escalated incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in Major incidents until resolved (Entegris MI Escalation Process)
• Work closely with other IT teams, such as Local IT Site teams, Entegris Network Architect and Principal Engineers
• Coordinate with field services, external vendors or service providers for support and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor for potential security threats and vulnerabilities with the efficient use of available monitoring tools.
• Follow security protocols and report any suspicious activities or breaches.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions, certifications, and professional development activities.
• Partner with vendors to troubleshoot issues to resolve
