Our client is a B Corp-certified SaaS platform transforming how consumer brands grow through authentic community engagement. Their technology enables companies to mobilise social affiliates, content creators, and micro-influencers to drive measurable revenue, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional digital advertising with full ROI tracking across social commerce.

Working with premium beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands, this growing tech company is led by a team of experts from leading consumer brands.

The Role: You'll be the linchpin connecting technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, driving projects from conception to delivery. You'll shape product strategy, mentor team members, and directly influence the direction of cutting-edge solutions used by businesses worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Define product roadmaps and prioritise features that drive real impact
• Own risk management, resource allocation, and client relationships
• Champion continuous improvement and process optimisation

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record managing complex, multi-team initiatives with competing priorities
• Exceptional written communication, you produce clear, executive-ready status updates and handle difficult conversations with confidence
• Structured thinker with ruthless prioritisation skills, you know what matters and what can wait
• Systems mindset, you've built delivery frameworks from scratch and driven adoption across teams
• Strong bias to action and accountability, you identify blockers and own solutions
• Expert stakeholder management, you navigate conflicting priorities and influence across functions
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum with relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
