Full-Stack Software Engineer (Robotics Infrastructure)

About The Role

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer – Robotics Infrastructure to join our core engineering team as an early technical hire.

You will own critical software systems that connect robotics platforms to cloud intelligence and operator control. This includes building operator dashboards, backend services, real-time data infrastructure, and AI/ML pipelines that enable robots to operate reliably outside the lab.

This role spans the full product stack, from user interfaces and APIs to distributed systems, edge connectivity, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop core infrastructure powering robotics operations
• Build end-to-end product systems: UI, APIs, data pipelines, and deployment
• Develop operator dashboards and mission control interfaces
• Architect backend services supporting robotics fleets and autonomy systems
• Build real-time distributed systems connecting edge devices to the cloud
• Develop and maintain AI/ML data and deployment pipelines
• Own infrastructure, CI/CD, and cloud environments
• Ensure system reliability through observability, monitoring, and incident response
• Deploy and validate systems in production and field environments
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production systems (or equivalent depth)
• Experience delivering end-to-end full-stack products
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and deployments
• Experience building or operating real-time distributed systems
• Proven ownership mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to design scalable, reliable production architectures
