Job Description

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

• Create visually compelling and intuitive user-centric experiences within the enterprise product suite (e.g. web applications, client dashboards, table grids).
• Maintain and evolve the enterprise design system to ensure visual consistency and high-quality standards.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative research insights into data-driven design decisions and strategies.
• Enhance customer journeys across the product ecosystem to drive user satisfaction.
• Align design with business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Drive UX/UI initiatives and leverage AI-supported design tools.
  
  

Qualifications

• Solid experience in driving UX/UI projects from user-centered concepts to final handoff.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Notion, AI and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain design systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to design.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
