Co-founder for Longevity & Biohacking Product (Biometric Data)

An entrepreneurial Co-founder to build and scale a high-impact Longevity & Biohacking product powered by biometric data - together with Kilo as your strategic partner and investor.

• Build, launch, and scale a data-driven Longevity & Biohacking product
• Take full ownership of the product’s strategy, growth, and overall success
• Drive the product from 0 → 1 (idea to MVP) and scale it globally
• Own execution and accelerate growth by leveraging our existing service teams and ready-to-use infrastructure
• Build a strong value proposition around wearable integrations, data analytics, and actionable health insights
• Structure and manage the product budget with a clear path toward ROI-positive growth
• Validate ideas fast - test, iterate, pivot, or kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does
• Think and act like an owner - move fast, take responsibility, and build long-term value
  
  

We expect you to

• Have a proven track record of building, scaling, or leading digital health, longevity, biohacking, or data-driven products
• Strong understanding of biometric data (wearables, health tracking, performance metrics) and how to turn it into user value
• Be comfortable combining strategic vision with hands-on execution — from shaping product direction to driving first traction
• Have a solid understanding of digital performance marketing and growth mechanics
• Know how to validate products quickly and use data to drive decisions
• Be able to attract top talent and build strong cross-functional teams from scratch
• Thrive in ambiguity - embrace experimentation, rapid iteration, and high ownership
• Be a natural leader who inspires others - and a builder who gets things done
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000 - 5000 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
