Uber Direct is our white-label delivery service that enables merchants in Sweden to offer fast, same-day delivery from their own websites, apps, or stores - with no need for customers to use the Uber app. You will own the long-term commercial health of these partnerships, ensuring they scale effectively on our platform. Your work bridges the gap between digital strategy and physical logistics at a massive scale .

Success here requires the grit to solve messy problems and the influence to align stakeholders with competing priorities. You must stay steady under pressure, using data to navigate ambiguity and drive results for your partners. You will build deep expertise in the local delivery ecosystem and help define the standard for how the Swedish market experiences on-demand logistics .

What You'll Do

As a Growth Strategy Operations Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Driving growth: Develop plans in conjunction with your assigned accounts to expand their business through growing same-location sales (eg. effective marketing, menu optimisation) or adding locations (i.e. locations deployment, expansion support)
• P&L and operational efficiency: You will build long-term relationships with our key accounts and be the main point of contact from Store Manager to HQ, focusing on improving their operations and optimising commercials.
• Analysis: Quantify everything you do. Utilise an analytical approach to understand the performance of initiatives to ensure you are effectively prioritising those with the highest return on investment.
• Be proactive: This role will require fast thinking on your feet and moving swiftly through fire drill situations
• This role will have the opportunity to pilot new features, operating models, commercial structures which can be playbooked and scaled across Uber.
  
  

Who you'll be:

• Experience & Impact: 2+ years in client-facing roles (Account Management or Consulting) with a proven track record of setting and exceeding commercial targets.
• Analytical & Data Fluency: Proficiency in Excel/Data Analysis and SQL to drive sound business judgment, extract insights, and present data-led recommendations.
• Strategic Project Management: Ability to design and execute detailed plans for large-scale projects-such as product launches or enterprise onboarding-while navigating ambiguity and high-stakes variables.
• Stakeholder & Commercial Acumen: Skilled at navigating complex partner organizations and collaborating cross-functionally (Legal, Tech, Analytics) to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Autonomy & Critical Thinking: A self-starter with a "Go Get It" attitude and a systems-thinking approach to solving problems in the Last Mile Delivery space.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory.
