Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our global business partner in Technology sector.

***Experience in high-traffic digital platforms such as e-commerce, marketplace, quick commerce, or large-scale online retail environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and marketing effectiveness
• Provide actionable insights to optimize channel performance (paid, organic, CRM, etc.)
• Support marketing team with segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and customer behavior insights
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to define metrics and improve decision-making
• Build and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and recurring analysis workflows
• Generate hypotheses and propose analytical approaches proactively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in a technical/analytical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or similar roles
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret business needs
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams
• Strong attention to detail and structured reporting skills
