Job Description

As a Web Designer & Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually appealing and user-friendly websites while also ensuring exceptional support to end-users. This dual role requires a creative eye for detail as well as strong technical proficiency to deliver seamless web design experiences and timely support solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their needs, translate them into functional designs, and assist users with troubleshooting and guidance. Requirements

• Proven experience in web design and development with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience in creating responsive web designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide effective support and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
