Tech Support Engineer – 11 Month Contract

We’re working with a leading global tech organisation on an exciting 11-month contract for a Tech Support Engineer to join their high-performing Frontend Tech Support team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves solving complex technical issues and working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshooting complex technical issues for enterprise customers
• Communicating clear, professional updates to stakeholders
• Working both independently and as part of a collaborative support team
• Contributing to high-quality customer outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer-facing technical support experience
• Advanced JavaScript experience (real-world, not just academic)
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Unix Shell, Windows Shell, etc.)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
• Understanding of ITSM / ITIL / CMDB concepts
• Familiarity with Splunk tools
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform is a strong advantage
• Exposure to mobile applications is a plus
• Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools within support workflows

Ideal for someone coming from a technical support, application support, or platform support background who enjoys digging into complex issues and delivering high-quality service.
