The Company

Our client is a leading Tier 1 main contractor delivering large-scale residential and commercial developments across Ireland. With a strong pipeline of high-value projects in North Dublin, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major schemes from pre-construction through to successful handover.

The Role

The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the delivery of large-scale residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a senior leadership position requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive performance across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed budgets
• Oversee site teams including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
• Drive health & safety compliance across all phases of construction
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Chair project meetings and report progress to senior management
• Monitor and control project costs, variations, and risk
• Ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in construction, with at least 3–5 years in a Project Manager role
• Proven track record delivering large-scale residential and/or commercial projects
• Experience working with a Tier 1 or leading main contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong IT and reporting skills
